Pod & Co was founded by husband and wife team, Beau and Nicki Edwards, as an off-shoot to their thriving family-owned building business, Edwards Builders.
Beau and Nicki are both passionate about building and their local community, and after seeing a need for affordable housing, put their heads together and Pod & Co was born.
Pod & Co is a strictly ‘no cowboys’ business, with Beau being an experienced and skilled Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) with 20-plus years of building experience. He oversees a hardworking team of builders and Licensed Building Practitioners who take pride in every project.
