Will my pod come with any form of guarantee?

We stand behind our pods with a comprehensive three-year workmanship guarantee. Additionally, certain components are covered by extended manufacturers’ warranties, and we’re happy to discuss these details with you.

Do pods come with a Code of Compliance Certificate

Yes, a Code of Compliance (CCC) is available as an optional extra for all our pods.

Do you offer finance options?

Yes, absolutely! Feel free to get in touch, and we’ll gladly discuss financing options available.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all across New Zealand. Please talk to our team to discuss your specific requirements.

What colour and style options are there?

Our pods come in Coastal and Urban colour ranges. Coastal is white with warm beige timber, while Urban is black with timber detail. We can also customise to your needs using the full standard colour steel range.

Do pods come with electrical and gas certificates?

They sure do!

How do I rent my pod?

What can I use my pod for?

Pod use is only limited by your own imagination! Popular uses include first home, office space, granny flat, sleepout, bach, Airbnb and portable pads.

Are pods low maintenance?

Yes! We guarantee pods are made of the highest quality materials that are both durable and low maintenance – so you can simply lock and leave. They are designed and constructed by Licensed Building Practitioners right here in New Zealand.

Will my bills be lower?

They should be. Less energy to heat and cool, so bills should be much more affordable. Solar options are also available.

Is living in a pod more eco-friendly?

Yes! Less energy to heat and cool, and less materials to build – our pods have a much smaller environmental impact than traditional homes. And why not ask about our solar options to experience off-grid independence?

Who owns Pod & Co?

Pod & Co is owned by husband and wife team, Beau and Nicki Edwards. They are both passionate about building and their local community, and after seeing a need for affordable housing, they put their heads together and Pod & Co was born.
